These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 8jjbet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://8jjbet.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, content and functionality provided through the Platform.

In the event of conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during the period your Account remains active:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening or attempting to open duplicate Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds held therein.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. The Platform reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals, after a period of account inactivity, or where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular activity. Acceptable KYC documentation includes government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

Deposits must be made using payment methods authorised by the Platform. All deposits must come from payment sources registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the account cashier section.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible. The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and may take between one and seven business days. Accounts are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is selected, all displayed balances, deposit amounts and withdrawal figures will be expressed in PKR. • Bets are final once confirmed. The Platform will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet unless there is a proven system error or manifest error in the odds displayed.
• The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure or human error.

All bonuses, promotions and special offers made available through 8jjbet are subject to these Terms and any additional promotional terms and conditions published alongside the specific offer. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence over these general Terms, unless those terms expressly state otherwise.

• Each promotion is available once per eligible User, per household address and per device, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements are stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., 20× means a PKR 1,000 bonus must generate PKR 20,000 in total wagers before withdrawal).
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are published in the relevant promotional terms.
• The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the Platform or via registered email.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using software to exploit offers or coordinating with other users — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All associated bonus Funds will be forfeited and the Account(s) involved will be closed.

8jjbet is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers a range of tools designed to help Users maintain control of their gambling activity. Access to and activation of these tools is the User's responsibility.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from the account settings dashboard. Once set, limits take immediate effect. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum net loss threshold per defined period. Exceeding this threshold will suspend further gambling activity until the period resets.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, layout, text content, graphics, logos, images and data compilations — are owned by or licensed to 8jjbet. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the User.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation of any Platform content — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 8jjbet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8jjbet and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, gambling losses, or loss of goodwill — even where 8jjbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. 8jjbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed by the 8jjbet Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as published at https://8jjbet.cam/privacy-policy.

8jjbet processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, service improvement and, where you have provided consent, for the delivery of personalised promotional communications. 8jjbet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address registered on the Account, or through a prominent notification on the Platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where urgent changes are required to comply with applicable law or to address security risks, in which case changes may take immediate effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated, as published in the operator's licensing documentation. Disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution mechanisms are applicable and the parties agree to engage in such mechanisms.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
